I’m gonna se gift baskets birthday Easter weekend (april 12th), wl ad 4 baskets wh decorated cookies, cupcakes, brownies candies don’t wt Friday rush everything. job dg day. So, cd me wt losing taste consistence? 1 week before?

    yes you can make them a week ahead , freeze them do not frost them until the night before they will stay fresh but may shrink a little but its normal . they will bounce right back after you thaw them.
