    Sorry, it’s not an original idea. Many places sell baskets of items – store bought and otherwise, so you can’t trademark it.
    The only things you can trademark are original ideas – such as a new type of packing, etc. I.E. something that’s not already been done or used. Even then, a trademark is only good if you spend the money to fight for it – i.e. lawsuits.

    You can trademark only the name unless there is a specific product in the basket that you hold the patent for related to the basket.
