question specialty basket using store bought items sl allowed trademark idea? sound dumb isn’t te legal protecting idea jt copy thing?

Sorry, it’s not an original idea. Many places sell baskets of items – store bought and otherwise, so you can’t trademark it.
The only things you can trademark are original ideas – such as a new type of packing, etc. I.E. something that’s not already been done or used. Even then, a trademark is only good if you spend the money to fight for it – i.e. lawsuits.
You can trademark only the name unless there is a specific product in the basket that you hold the patent for related to the basket.
